Chief Clinical Officer​

Christa has been serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at Nobis Rehabilitation Partners since 2023. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance clinical operations, quality outcomes, and financial sustainability while advancing rehabilitation excellence for all Nobis-managed hospitals. Christa brings over 28 years of experience in healthcare across the continuum of care, specializing in inpatient rehabilitation and optimizing patient outcomes. She holds several credentials, including Advanced Nurse Executive (NEA-BC), Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Christa earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and is scheduled to graduate with a Doctorate in Nursing from Aspen University in May 2025.
