Nick Orzano is a Co-Founder and Co-President of Pipeline Hospital Holdings, a $700MM revenue acute care hospital system in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Chicago. He serves as the key member of the M&A and financial operations team. Orzano is also a Principal at Stanton Road Capital, LLC, a private investment firm with oversight of the sale-leaseback and private equity investment strategies and portfolio company operations.
Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Paladin Capital, LLC, a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles. Orzano brings a diverse portfolio of healthcare M&A, private equity, investment, and financial management experience to the advisory board. Orzano has executed over $700M of transactions, including over $400M in the healthcare industry.
Orzano holds Bachelor of Science degrees in finance & banking, real estate, economics, and a Master of Science from the University of Missouri.
