RESUME, LIVE & ENJOY LIFE

Our goal is to restore each patient to their highest possible level of medical, physical, cognitive and
psycho-social functioning, allowing them to live and enjoy their fullest life.

REHABILITATION SERVICES

Nobis operated rehabilitation hospitals offer customized programs based on community and patient needs at each hospital location.  Our primary goal is to help patients regain independence after an acute event or illness, musculoskeletal injury, surgery or hospitalization.  Our professional and exceptional therapy teams provide numerous multidisciplinary services and interventions aimed at improving patient function while facilitating a speedy return home.

Goal-directed care is provided by an interdisciplinary team approach, which includes physical, speech and occupational therapists, specialized rehabilitation physicians (physiatrists), physician specialists (e.g., internists, pulmonologists, cardiologists, orthopedists, nephrologists, etc.), rehabilitation nurses, case managers, dietitians and more.  Patients receive at least 15 hours of therapy five days per week while under the constant care of registered nurses with daily physician visits. Success is measured by each patient’s transition back to the community.
